Service Policy

1. During the warranty period, if any component damage occurs due to manufacturing processes or non human factors, the customer service department of the company will provide after-sales service to the maintenance network and replace the parts or the entire product as appropriate.

2. The following products are not covered by the warranty:

Free samples;

Products exceeding the valid warranty period;

Products without valid purchase certificates;

Products repaired, altered, or disassembled by personnel other than our company;

Products that fail to be installed, stored, and used in accordance with the requirements of the product manual and the nature of the product, resulting in failure or damage;

Abrasion and scratches caused by normal use of the product, but not affecting the normal functional use of the product;

Serious damage to the housing caused by non quality issues (including deformation, oxidation, corrosion, etc.);

Human damage caused by improper or negligent use, such as improper connection to power, voltage, incorrect use not in accordance with the instructions, impacts, falls, etc;

Products that fail or are damaged due to natural disasters, such as lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, fires, etc;

Other products that fail or are damaged not due to product quality reasons.

3. The following failed products are not repairable:

The product shell and outer cover are seriously damaged;

Product fracture and cracking;

The power supply is burnt and blackened;

Fragile items (such as glass covers, glass spare parts, etc.).

4. During the warranty period, the company is only responsible for the repair service of defective lamps after returning to the factory if there is a quality problem with the product itself; If it is not covered by the warranty, it will be repaired at a fee.

5. The company strictly complies with the relevant national "Three Guarantees Regulations" to perform the national three guarantees service for maintenance outlets and end consumers at all levels, and earnestly performs the responsibilities and obligations of repair, replacement, and return of related products:

Within 7 days

Within 7 days from the time the end consumer purchases the product, if there are quality issues such as major functional failures of the product itself and inability to use it properly, they can request a guaranteed return service from the purchasing office with a valid purchase certificate or detailed product information and product information;

Within 8-15 days

In-Warranty Period

6. The following products are not eligible for three guarantees:

Products exceeding the three guarantees validity period;

Damage caused by failure to use or improper storage in accordance with the product instructions;

The product shown on the sales voucher does not match the physical object;

Counterfeit products.

7. Product warranty period:

The warranty period for the road lighting series products is three years (the warranty period for the control part is two years);

Indoor lighting products have a two-year warranty;

Landscape lighting products have a two-year warranty;

LED display product warranty for one year;

If the customer has special requirements for the warranty period, the specific warranty period shall be subject to the signed contract.

8. Definition of warranty period:

The company's definition of maintenance outlets;

The warranty period for all products is calculated based on the date of shipment. The dealer should implement the principle of first in, first out. If the product purchased by a consumer exceeds the warranty period specified by the company, the maintenance network should bear the responsibility;

Maintenance outlets to consumers;

The warranty date is calculated from the sales date on the purchase certificate. The last day of the validity period is a legal holiday, and the next day of the holiday is the last day of the validity period.

Definition of maintenance products;

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to use in accordance with the instructions, it shall be repaired first, and if necessary, it shall be replaced or offset. For the same fault point of the same product, the warranty period for each repair of the product is three months;
